Film PR Analyst

Position Objectives: Plan, execute & evaluate PR activities of designated movies to hit distribution targets.

Job Description
Carrie out PR initiative and social content which can inspire and engage with target audience in support of the movie titles to help drive Box Office

Key Accountabilities
1. Film PR Planning and Execution
- Take part in the film screening, evaluate the film and conduct market/consumer analysis to support the planning process.
- Actively join the brainstorming session and contribute creative idea to building the holistic Marketing and PR plan
- Be responsible for developing PR plan and social content plan.
- Pitche PR stories with targeted media outlets to generate earned media coverage.
- Conduct Premieres/Press screenings/Press conferences and follow up for PR outcome.
- Write press release, MC/video clip script, facebook content, and other related contents. Plan and manage photoshooting and filming to generate PR footage and creative material to serve the media pitching process, for example: viral video clip, interview, visual/photos for social content, etc.
- Deal with KOLs/Celebs/talent managers to engage them in PR activities, for instance, attending the events, taking part into photoshoots/filming/interviews, creating social content, etc.
2. Media Relation:
- Build good relationship with journalists, KOLs/celebs, community/fanpage administrators, partners.
- Manage media promotion activities to ensure smooth execution and efficient outcome .
3. Other Tasks:
- Manage the allocated PR budget and follow up payment process to vendors in a timely manner
- Obtain Line Manager’s approval of PR activities prior to execution, and make PR reports as request.
- Take responsibility for the PO process and other administrative tasks related to the Marketing campaign.
- Assist Film Marketing Manager in other job assignment.

- Bachelor Degree in Communication/Public Relation/Marketing/Journalism/Social Sciences/Foreign Languages (preferred but not a Must) with a good understanding and proven experience in PR.
- At least 2 years working experience in the related fields of PR, Marketing, account services and advertising.
- Demonstrate creativity, enthusiasm and a strong passion for movie
- Ability to work independently under high pressure with tight deadline
- Strong project management skill with an ability to juggle multiple projects
- Good interpersonal skill and communication skill to deal with stakeholders
- A Can-do attitude, collaboration and willingness to go the extra mile
- A strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- High competency of working in a bi-lingual environment (Vietnamese and English)
- Administrative skills and good computer literacy with key office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
