Field Verification Team Leader (Hồ Chí Minh)

Field Verification team leader is responsible to manage Field Verification Officers working in provinces/cities, distribute tasks to officers and control daily tasks to comply with process of Field verification and general process of Operations Division. He/she will report to Operations Manager.

- Manage a team of field verification officers making visits to home address and company address of loan applicants for verification before the loan is granted.
(are expansion of areas may expect as business grows).
- Distribute daily tasks to team members, monitor daily operations to comply with set working process, and also supervise staff’s KPIs to maximize staff’s performance and efficiency.
- Build and maintain a strong field team by developing competent individuals in team
- Develop and enforce sound policies and procedures for the growth of the team and organization.
- Prevent credit fraud, report any suspicious findings and proactively suggest measures to decrease risk.
- Make periodical reports to Operations Manager
- Participate in projects relating to system innovation.

Background
- BA. Degree
- At least 3 years of experience in Investigation/Field Verification or related fields in Consumer Finance.
- At least 1 year of experience in team management of min 05 members

Skills
- Good team management skills
- Good knowledge and experience of credit procedures and verification in consumer finance
- Problem solving skill, reporting skill, training skill.
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
- Ability to do multi-tasks and work with deadlines
- Able to communicate in English.
