Field Verification Manager

*Objectives:
Field Verification Manager is responsible to manage Field Verification Team leaders & Officers working in provinces/cities, 3rd parties and control daily tasks to comply with process of Field verification and general process of Operations Division. He/she will report to Head of Operation.

*Key responsibilities:
- Manage all activities related to the operation of Field Verification Department.
- Manage and supervise 3rd parties.
- Represent the Field Verification Department to attend operations meeting
- Supervise and control the quality of applications verified.
- Manage a team of field verification team leaders & officers making visits to home address and company address of loan applicants for verification before the loan is granted.
- Supervise the distribution of daily tasks to team members, monitor daily operations to comply with set working process, and also supervise staff’s KPIs to maximize staff’s performance and efficiency.
- Build and maintain a strong field team by developing competent individuals in team.
- Develop and enforce sound policies and procedures for the growth of the team and organization.
- Supervise and recommend the development of headcount of Field Verification Department.
- Prevent credit fraud, report any suspicious findings and proactively suggest measures to decrease risk.
- Ensure all requirements operated in accordance with the bank’s policies, regulations, procedures and guidelines.
- Make periodical quality reports of all Field Teams to Operations Manager.
- Participate in projects relating to system innovation.

* Background
- BA. Degree or higher majored in Finance Banking.
- At least 5 years of experience in Investigation/Field Verification or related fields in Consumer Finance.
- At least 3 years of experience in team management of more than 10 staff
- Good knowledge of Vietnam territories.

- Good knowledge and experience of credit procedures and verification in consumer finance

- Ability to do multi-tasks and work with deadlines
- Proficient in Vietnamese and English both verbal and writing.
