*Department: Sales
*Purpose of Role:
• Responsible for the sale of products in a defined geographical district and for the development and execution of sales plans, targets, and budgets within the overall Company sales strategy
• Builds district sales capability and is responsible for the overall management and motivation of the district sales team
• Supports salesmen and key account colleagues in maintaining key client relationships and in the negotiation of contracts with key customers
• Guarantees the achievement of distribution and sell-out target and quality of the sales team
Reporting line: Reports to Area Sales Manager
Key Accountabilities/ Job Description:
1. Guarantees the achievement of sell-out, POS, distribution and display targets by sales team in the district
2. Executes Company sales and distribution plans by sales team
3. Implements the Company sales policy and ensures the abidance of salesmen and agents
4. Instructs and supervises salesmen to guarantee the correct and effective use of Company selling tools
5. Set sales & distribution target by every salesman and sales teams
6. Manages the sell-out by team/by brand/by channel; monitors the market development; analyzes sales data to suggest the developing direction to the Company
7. Seeks out new sales and distribution opportunities in the district
8. Manages the agents in the district and makes sure that they comply with Viet bird instructions, payment and stock management requirements
9. Assists the Company in recruiting and training salesmen in the district
10. Makes and implements field visiting plans; reports sell-out and raising problems to Area Sales Manager
11. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least two year practical experience at the same position in foreign companies, preferably in companies with factory
- Fluent English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken)
- Graduate from University, major in Foreign Trade/ Commercial/ Economics
- Command with Ms Office: Word, Excel, Power Point
