Mô tả công việc

I. MISSION
(Why and what is the expected contributions of the position to the results of the organization the position exists)
- To manage and execute the projects (sale orders/ service contracts) of Services Division (Service Entitlement and Coordinator…)
- To ensure every assigned and transferred services projects to comply with company’s regulation before validation (CCO GM%; terms and conditions relating to delivery time, validity, Inco term, legal, payment term, warranty; Customer Project Process (CPP), Service Coordinator Process etc.)
- To work with Internal Groups (SE factories, Logistic Centers, Field Services Engineers, FS Consultant, Finance and others related to the project) and External Groups (in-house contractors, in-house suppliers) to deliver the scope of services (defined in the contract) to the customers
- To coordinate with Internal and External customer for collecting payment after project done
- To actively improve satisfaction of customer at all stages of project and create the trust of customer on SE services to enhance future business of the company.
- To increase overall efficiency of Services Division relating to order management process.
- Other are based on line managers/ managers assignments.

- To manage and execute service orders in main criteria of time, quality, safety and cost to meet yearly division targeted sale.
- To improve CCOGM% during order execution to meet company requirement.
- To ensure on-time response and satisfaction to related parties (internal & external groups).

II. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To manage and execute the order of Services Division (complied with company regulation CCOGM%, term & conditions)
- To ensure on-time delivery
- To ensure on-time payment
- To ensure internal/external customer satisfaction (CNPS, Internal 360% survey)
- To improve CCOGM% from signed contract and objective setting
- To ensure data accuracy (Intouch, bFS, SAP…)
- Manage bFS system for FS.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Education: University Degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation
- Working Experience: 03 years experience (02 years on technical field such as consultant designer, maintenance, field service engineer, product application, technical support and 01 years in order/project management works), Electrical distribution, automation and control, electronics or IT.
- Business Understanding:
+ Context and business of customer, different management contacts of customer, technical and commercial terms and condition of SE’s equipment, solution and services, working process and functions of related parties (department)
+ Schneider Electric business and internal rules (communication, POR, email etc.)
- Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): Good and fluent in both spoken and written English, email skills, interpersonal skill, customer satisfaction skills, project management, time-management, presentation, customer oriented
