Mô tả công việc
- Follow the company Code of Conduct
- Follow customer protocols at the site
- Follow the company and customer NDAs
- Do handling all inquiries from customers / higher management team.
- Do review on assignment, arrangement tasks for the team
- Do management on projects (plan /do / check / act ...)
- Make a master project schedule/working plan
- Do checking/ monitoring and supervising the working progress and status
- Do manpower resources management (Hiring, training, coaching, reviewing, promoting,...)
- Do checking and making the approval on the monthly timecard, expense report for team members
- Do review and making the approval on SOPs, work instruction, and training program
- Do review and making an appraisal on team member’s skill and performance annually
- Do management and planning for tool/Jigs/PPEs/parts of the whole group

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Education:
- University Certification or above
2. Experience:
- Working in semiconductor or high-tech industrial over 3 years
- At least 2-3 years at a management position
3. Knowledge & Skills
• Knowledge of:
- Technical (Mechanical/Electrical/Automation/ Mechatronic...)
- Management (high level)
• Skills and Abilities
- Proficiency in verbal communication and writing in English (TOEIC 800 or above)
- Being able to coaching/training
- Being able to work calmly under pressure
- Problem-solving skills
- Good at project management
- Having leadership skills
- Having interpersonal skills.
- Having a Customer-Centric Attitude
