Mô tả công việc
1. Make customer visit's schedule
- Visit and check equipment in hospital follow schedule: Technical action, Preventive maintenance, submit and report daily activities to Managers on time.
- On-call visit and troubleshooting.
2. Install equipment: demo/loaner, new system.
- Check loaner on-site
- Check function loaner/demo equipment in-house and on-site
3. Promotion Activities of service
4. Follow up repair and repair on-site if requested.
- Check/manage of Jigs/Tools each month.
5. Training
- Conduct Training to customer after installation or when customers request.
- Attend Technical training and new products training.
6. Support for OPD
- Support for workshop/congress
- Support Marketing Side for market development.
7. Implement other tasks which assigned by Managers.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Educational qualification: Bachelor degree or above
• Specialized knowledge: Technology, Electrical, Biomedical, Electric, Electronic-Communication, Mechanical or equivalent.
• Experiences: Experience in Medical Equipment Field (Not Mandatory)
• Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Have training skill.
- Preferable skill/ knowledge in Medical Equipment Field.
- Ability to work independently and/or in team
• Foreign Language/ Information Technology:
- Fluent in speaking, listening and writing in English.
- Good skill for MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Characteristics:
- Personal attributes: Patient, calm, open- minded, proactive and initiative
- Hard-working and self-motivated. Willing to take business trip
• Other requirement:
- Follow the rules and ensure compliance in any occasions, as a member of international company
