KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for leading the Field Sales Team to achieve the sales objectives/targets of Modern Trade channel. Generate sales and contribute to the volume and profit of the company by planning, executing.
- Manage the team on making perfect performance on sales volume, controlling stock availability, boosting the Visibility Plan (by Category, by Customer and by Store)
- Ensure the whole team making perfect performance in in store excellence in execution through display guideline, POSM management, Perfect Store and New store opening. Work closely with KA Team on POSM/Marketing/Promotion/Activation plan, manage and drive excellence instore POSM from planning to execution.
- Collect reports from sales field team on time to measure fundamental KPIs (daily/weekly/monthly) and check results from field force randomly to ensure internal report accuracy
- Coach and train Field Sales Team accordingly to the company’s policy and job description.
- Building good relationship with customers to maintain and develop the merchandising status according to the number of facing, eye level, and cheapest rental position in order to boost the company product visibility.
- Work closely with the cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective execution, especially with Key Account Team.
- Co-ordinate with Accounting Department and review collection all due account receivables granted to customers, plan the collection of these accounts on due dates and reviews action plans for the immediate collection of all overdue accounts in order to protect the financial interests of the company.
- Undertake other tasks requested by Sales Director

- 4-5 years experience in managerial position in FMCG business
- Selling skill, Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills
- Good verbal and written communications skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Computer literacy (MS Words, MS Excel, MS Power Point)
- Work efficiently and effectively as an individual and in team
- Able to work under high pressure
- Leadership
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree or above
- 4-5 years experience in managerial position in FMCG business
