Due to the business demand, we are seeking talent for Field Sales vacancy who will work in Da Nang Office. Please see below job descriptions:
A1. Create loyalty and optimize the existing portfolio
A2. Acquire new customers through individual prospecting actions
A3. To develop market share by promoting Bollore Logistics services on Vietnam market
A4. Study the market inclusive, but not limit of competitors, carriers, manufacturers to be updated market trends, fluctuation, changes.
A5. Achieve the number of client/ prospect visits defined by GM Sales
A6. Promote the new commercial offers
A7. Answer to tenders in collaboration with the Direction and the purchasing service
A8. Advise customers on the transport offers according to their needs and offer the most adapted solution
B1. Transmit to the operational services the relevant business records specifying the arrangements with customers and specific operational procedures
B2. Exchanging business information with the BTL network abroad
B3. Transmit to the financial services the information required by the account opening procedures
B4. Maintain CRM accurate constantly: interlocutors, meetings reports, quotations, traffic
C1. Monitor the creditworthiness of customers/ prospects in relation to financial services
C2. Drafting commercial contracts according to the regulations, if necessary in cooperation with the Legal Service
C3. Estimate the risks/ losses from litigation in conjunction with the Financial & Legal Services
C4. Collect debts under the legislation
C5. Follow with the management the profitability of customer accounts
C6. Establish the annual budget exercise in consultation with their line manager
D1. Establish the business actions plan
D2. Participate in internal meetings
D3. Analyse individual performance with the hierarchy

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Vietnamese native
- Fluent English
- 3-5 years of sales experience in freight forwarding
- University graduate, major in Foreign Trade, Marketing or Business Administration is preferable
- Good computer skills
- Analytics skills
- Well organized/ Team player

- Fluent English
- 3-5 years of sales experience in freight forwarding
