1. Dealer support:
- Following up & Support Dealer operation, Fleet sales, MKT plan…Report the implementation results weekly/monthly
2. Dealer sales development:
- Follow up sales situation, forecast, sales force, SR condition in Dealers base on their Target Agreement.
- Update the comments of Dealers, exchange information with MMV to develop operation suitable & effective daily / weekly / monthly
3. Analyze market situation: from AMEC, competitors, …
4. SSI & CSI studying:
- Analyzing of SSI & CSI results get from Call Center or third party and prepare action plan to support Dealers.
