Mô tả công việc
The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:
1. Training:
• In charge of Home Appliances products training for North PG & FSM (Fridge & Washer)
• In charge of soft skill training for North PG
• Develop training plan & materials
2. Training execution
• Conduct key training conference
• In-house training (PG)
• In-store training (PG/FSM)
• Training for internal members (salesman, merchandisers)
• Build video for online training & a video channel for internal training
• Conduct eLearning/eTraining monthly
3. Report & Others
• Monthly report to Business Unit head
• Budget planning for training
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
*Working location: 14th floor, Charmvit Tower, 117 Tran Duy Hung Str., Cau Giay Dist., Hanoi

• At least 1-2 years related experience in training
• Good at powerpoint skill
• Good at presentation skill
• Good at English skills
• Eager to learning new things
• Ready for business trip
