Field Force Support Manager (Ho Chi Minh)

To be in charge of Management of South Field Force group for Panasonic consumer electronics products.
The main job duties will be as below:
• To maximize sell-out especially value added range by cooperating with Marketing and Sales team
• To manage Promoter (Budget, improving effectiveness, skill up, effective scheme, allocation strategy)
• To manage Training (Budget, Training contents, HR development, effective scheduling, etc)
• To manage Display in the shop front including provinces in South
• To negotiate with Shop manager to improve display
• To implement promotion or DEMO at shop front with sales members
• To effectively analyze market & realize daily operation
• To manage Field merchandiser/Sales effectively
• To do other works as requested
• Observer and training product knowledge for dealers floor sales man to increase sell-out
• Full responsibility to manage South Field force group under instruction of Department head
• Educate and fairly evaluate team members, improve team spirit with other department

• University graduated
• At least 5 years' experience of Field Force
• Fluent English and good at MS Office
• Passion to achieve target
• Leadership among other department, adaptability
• Management skill
• Communication skill and solving problem skill
• Responsibility spirit and independence
• Hard working and ready for business trip nationwide
