Field Force Effectiveness Executive

This role will:
• Lead role Sales Force CRM System of Commercial Solution and any other system under SFE functions
• Responsible for the overall implementation of all programs and projects relevant to Sales Force Effectiveness in Commercialization

1. As lead of CRM system
• Owner of CRM system and play key roles in interacting with Sales Force and regional CRM team to ensure effective usage of system (electronic territory management/customer relationship management), coaching reports, sales target setting, sales data administration and incentives management systems are implemented.
• Prepares monthly SFE report.
• Owner of Sales Force structure and FTE management
2. As SFE support
• Support SFE manager in implements all elements of the Sales ACE SFE platform
• Segmentation and Targeting – ensures that all customers are properly profiled, segmented and targeted, and that the right target customers are in the Rep MCLs.
• In cooperation with BI team in managing Target Setting and Incentive Calculation process/ calculation
• Monitors and keeps track of SFE performance. Conducts gap analysis, drives corrective and preventive POAs and changes to address performance issues

• University degrees equivalent
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience at a similar role
• Solid knowledge of healthcare CRM system
• English language proficiency verbally and in writing
• Customer service oriented and high collaboration to sufficiently support sales force team and align with cross-functions
• Good knowledge on finance principles, CRM, and Sales Force Excellence tools and systems.
