Field Control Staff

1, Contract Controller:
- Proposal coordination / to prepare bill of quotation for variation order or work order
- Planning & Schedule Management (Primavera P6)
- Contact with supplier and buyer
- Follow contract execution
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
2, Document Controller:
- Technical documents collecting, Recording & Distribution
- Letter, Document & Drawing Coordination
- Organize and manage all kinds of document including in-coming & out-going correspondences, agreements, drawings related to projects in accordance with the Company document control procedure
- Details will be discussed in the interview
3, Cost Controller:
- Cost Control:
+Planning / Forecasting budget
+Control progress payment for subcontractors and suppliers
- Generate necessary financial reports as per management requirement to ensure correct management decisions.
- Audit production process to ensure correct transactions are done

- Knowledge in field control works
- Relevant Experience: Above 5 Year of relevant work experience
- Have experience in using ERP (SAP) system for cost controller
- Knowledge and understanding of contract management principles and practice for contract controller
- English: Fluent in writing & speaking skill
- If any lawyer certificate, will be give preference to hire
- Above 10 year experience in the same position
- University graduated
- Good computer skill (word, excel)
- Ability to work under pressure, positive and responsible attitude
- Problem solving Skills
