Field Applications Specialist

The role will be for a person with a good background in Genomics, Cell Biology and Proteomics with practical and theoretical knowledge in as many areas as possible. As the job is for a field applications specialist you will be expected to spend some time in the field researching the market and assisting sales in their role to support prospective customers and existing users. You will also communicate directly with our suppliers from overseas and will be expected to attend online training as well as some overseas training courses. Research Instruments are a regional company with 30 years experience in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand and now recently opening operations in Vietnam.
It is a good chance to be part of a new team offering excellent customer service and support while offering cutting edge products.
The job is based from our office in HCMC with 50% of the time expected to be out in the field visiting customers and developing market awareness.

We require the candidate to have experience in Bio related Sciences and preferably also administration or CRM experience.

The person needs to be self motivated and eager to work as part of a small team in a new company introducing new products into the Vietnam market. The role will support our sales and support team with the ultimate goal being to grow our brand awareness in Vietnam while maintaining a high level of service and support for our customers
