Mô tả công việc
- Receive booking from Hanoi CS or other FWD
- Contact with staff of HN office/ other FWD to make labe
- Contact with shipper/other FWD to get CD & CD time
- Contact with shipper/other FWD know ETD at factory and ETA at NB
- Get cargo at Noibai from shippers's truck and separate cargo for each HAWB (FWD)
- Do export customs supervision at Noibai.
- Do cargo measurement & scale the GW, X-Ray…& get final confirmation of warehouse in SLI for settle down payment, then pass the complete SLI to HN office or other FWD for issue HAWB, MAWB…
- Return all relate documents to Hanoi CS for payment between KGL,
- Make payment request for spent amount.

+ Experience request: Non-experience
+ Teamwork spirit.
+ Good command of English (Oral and written skill) and computer skills (MS office).
+ Good customer service skill/Active & hard-working.
+ Good health and work under high pressure
+ Work place: Noi Bai office
