Mô tả công việc

This role is to support for all Retail needs and Administration for Fashion division. Understand thoroughly the Operation flow at POS, aware of the gap and actively support Retail management team to seek for improvement in daily operations.

Ensure the image of Fashion boutique at best-in-class thru Cleaning service management / Flowering / Hospitality options / and overall Maintenance in & outside the store.

Key responsibilities includes:

CLEANING SERVICE
• Manage cleaning service at store for daily / monthly work. Ensure the service delivery from Cleaning service company meets Store Managers’ expectation.
• Actively control the monthly cleaning work calendar and cross check the quality after each monthly overall clean up
• Manage contract & payment for cleaning service

POS TOOL
• POS Tool order with Global. Ensure the stock level at warehouse always good to support for store usage in average of 6 months, and always take in account the new growth trend to reflect average use quantity
• Tracking POS tool order shipments & manage all POS tools expenses in line with approved budget
• Cross check the usage at store. Ensure all POS tools are in good use

UNIFORM ORDERING & DELIVERING
• Order uniform each new seasons to match with current and potential team members
• Tracking all uniform expenses that tailor in local (for example: male Suit for Head of Boutique, Deputy Head of boutique…)
• Order black socks for retail team (in good use of 6 months – 12 months)
• Utilize all left over uniforms of old / current seasons for other purpose (use for Part-timer / Supporter…)
• Ensure the quantity of Maternity uniform / and other generic uniforms & Accessories are in good spare (Belt bag / Tie / Belt / Brooch…)

MAINTENANCE THE STORE
• Store maintenance coordinator. Contact and follow up with maintenance suppliers when there’s defect in boutique. Weekly update Rectification list.

STATIONERY & OTHER NEEDS
• Supply all Retail needs (stationery, cleaning tools…)
• Cross check all payment related to Stationery / Petty Cash within allowed budget
• Support other needs for boutique arise in time
• Support Retail team with other type of payments

PRINTING
• Coordinate with Printer for all type of printing materials in local for Fashion division (Sales memo / Ready to wear Repair receipt / Care Tip …)

TRAVEL BOOKING SUPPORT
• Support all Fashion divisions (including Retail & Office) in travel booking (flight / hotel)
• Support in payment claim after Travel for Retail team and Fashion office members

OTHERS
• Prepare for Division monthly meeting (book meeting room, lunch venue…)

Yêu cầu ứng viên

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• College graduate and above
• Minimum 1 years’ work experience in Administration role

Ideally, you should have below required competencies
• Good negotiation skills
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Independent but also have good ability to work as a team
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities & timeline
• Detail oriented
