- Failure mode is analysed and determined through scientific investigation.
- Root cause is determined through problem solving and root cause analysis.
- Tool Analysis is completed with corrective actions.
- Corrective actions are implemented and verified, resulting in scrap reduction and cost savings.
- Engineering, qualification and manufacturing conforming and non-conforming parts are analysed to understand failure and success modes.
- Findings lead to process improvement, increased yields, cycle time and cost reductions.
- Innovative methods to communicate and document analytical findings are identified and implemented.
- Projects to close technology gaps are identified and supported.
- Competitive analysis about systems, technologies, processes compare with Competitors

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Education : Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in the fields of Materials Science (Thin firm and nano)
Experience:
- Having experiences of working as Failure analysis and knowledge of Metallurgy, Electronic Materials Processing, Strength of the Materials like core classes taken during educational stage
- Required exposure and/or experience to various FA analytical tools must be required
- Knowledge of how advanced imaging and analysis tools work, like Scanning Electron Microscopy with X-ray analysis, X-ray diffraction analysis, Chemical data analysis from IR or - FTIR type instrumentations.
- Knowledge of Electrical circuit analysis and basic tool usage such as voltage and amperage testing
- Knowledge or experience with software(s) using image analysis and graphical drawing/presentation.
English: Fluently, can work with international customers
Experience:
