Mô tả công việc
- Receive all purchasing orders from our customers. Make internal sale orders and deploy to departments and get confirmation. Then confirm delivery time to our customers.
- Make sure in coming materials come in time for production and keep the delivery time to customers
- Work close, monitor and check the progress of orders as confirmed by departments.
- Receive packing lists from exporter for each container
- Send order shipping plan to our customers weekly. Service our customers with all information regarding order status, quantities and export.
- Make all reports to BOD about order stock, shipping value, delivery accuracy.
- Follow ISO standard and save document for sale department: control complain, customer satisfaction, monthly sale report, etc…

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Women. Over 25 years old, graduated from college, experience over 3 years in similar position
- English: Communication, listening, speaking and writing
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
