- Working Location: Binh Duong, Viet Nam
- Working hour: 8AM - 5PM (Monday to Saturday; 3rd Saturday is off)
- Benefits: Social Insurance

<Hiring Schedule>
- Expected 1st interview date : in Mar
- How many round interview : 2 times + Web CCM with JP head Office
- Expect joining day : In May or April
<Job Responsibilities>
・Control and monitor the workers and machines with production manager.
・Ensure that shipping schedules are followed accurately
・Develop production strategy in order to run the factory more efficiently with better quality.
・Analyzing production data and making strategic recommendations to Director
・Work with QC team to meet client’s quality requirements and satisfy their demands.
・Make sure factory equipment is running at optimal efficiency.
・Create a maintenance procedure for every machine and ensure factory employees follow this procedure regularly.
・Evaluating, hiring and training workers to follow our policies and procedures
・Maintaining a content and motivated workforce through interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills.
・This position will face launching a new factory. Need to have high comprehension of machinery and production strategies to optimize the production for decision making such as factory layout and set up new machineries.
- HR Management: Recruitment employees
- GA Management: Judge purchase requests from production team. Cost monitoring. Ask director to purchase

・Having working experience Production management in Manufacturing industry over 5 years
・Have knowledge and experience in fields related to production engineering.
・Language: English Business Level or Japanese Business level
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Living near company
・Have an idea and experience of automation and be able to use auto CAD and programming to run machines
・Bachelor degree (Must)
・Gender: Any
・Age: 35 - 45 years old
・Having working experience Production management in Manufacturing industry over 5 years

・Language: English Business Level or Japanese Business level
