Factory Manager -- Operations & Production (Stationed At Hanoi Factory)

1. Supervise the garment production processes to ensure production efficiency and product quality
2. Ensure reliable production planning, cost estimate and materials utilization
3. Monitor product standards and implement quality control programmes
4. Ensure on-time production and delivery
5. Assist factory work study and implement industrial engineering (IE) system
6. Organize and monitor the warehouse daily operation and activities in a safe, efficient and in accordance with corporate procedures
7. Monitor and manage inventory control in accuracy and quality manner
8. Liaise and work with concerned parties, administration, merchandising, and logistics on production and delivery issues
9. Support the manufacture in ensuring compliance with industry certification of compliance e.g. ICTI
10. Identify training needs of workers and develop training programmes
11. Supervise and review worker performance, and motivate teamwork
12. Ensure achievement of production targets

1. Degree/ Diploma in Textile/ Garment Manufacturing is highly preferred but not a must
2. 15 years equivalent solid working experience in garment manufacturing (experience in manufacturing of knit and woven is highly preferred), with the last 8 years holding a managerial role in sizable factory
3. Good knowledge in garment production technique and operation, including cost control, quality control, etc.
4. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
5. Ability to make production and logistics planning and ensure their prompt execution
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
7. Strong leadership ability and able to work independently
8. Good communication and presentation skills
9. Good command of written and spoken in English & Vietnamese
