Factory Manager

Report to BOD : Factory Director/Ceo/ Genaral Director
Primary Function : To assist Factory Director in performing his duties and replace him in his absence to manage Factory & assist them when necessary.

Main duties and responsibilities:

1. Production Progress supervisor and quality control.
2. Striving to achieve production goals set up for the Factory and following the overall operation philosophy.
3. Build a good and close professional relationship with the worker in the Factory throughout the Production department.
4. Leading the Factory in daily operation.
5. Lead by example.
6. Support the worker to grow within the area of responsibility.
7. Ensure that par levels of equipment are maintained.
8. Clearly indicates and communicate Company direction and goals to Worker and constant follow up.
9. Ensure proper upkeep of equipment in the Factory and requiry to the engineering for any faulty operating equipment that need urgent attention.
10. To ensure that standard performance (production) are efficient & consistently pursued.
11. To ensure that operation manual for the Factory are consistent updated.
12. To ensure proper staffing of Factory at all time and advise Production Director as to changes of meaning in the Factory when the need arises.
13. To communicate daily with the worker on issues pertaining the Factory and Production department.
14. Conduct daily briefings and also weekly meeting with all key position to discuss operational issues such as training, production plans, worker, etc.
15. Submit daily & weekly report & training schedule and make sure everything is done continuously.

- University/College graduate

- With at least three (3) years managerial experience in the Mechanical Electric Industry

- Maintains overall Factory operations.

- Excellent verbal & written English and Vietnamese.

- People oriented with strong personal relations skills.

- Actively promotes manufactory field.

- Proficient in computer skills.

- Flexible and willing to work on rotating shifts.

- Well organized and detail oriented

- Maintains positive company morale

- Good leadership ability.
