Job Description:

- Review of order specifications and supervision of the rules of fabrication for the production planning.
- Planning of the whole production process: estimating timescales and costs as well as the entire processes to achieve the target plans.
- Follow up and supervision of the production schedules on shop floor on daily basis
- Control of the different input factors of the production to be equal or less than budget. This is including material, man-hours, consumables and maintenance.
- Improvement of the production processes.
- Reporting to the GM and the management of the company group.
- Continuous training and enhancement of workers and supervisors.
- Setting up and supervision of maintenance schedules for machines and facilities.
- Ensuring the compliance of the production with all safety and environmental policies and laws.

Qualification:
- Bachelor of Engineering, Mechanics or Equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience as Production Manager or Equivalent in metal processing or fabrication.
- Good organizational and leadership abilities.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of carbon material standards ASTM – EN, characteristics and
processability.
- Knowledge of fabrication preparations and processes such as sawing, oxygen cutting, plasma cutting, drilling, bending and punching.
- Knowledge of steel welding including welding techniques (MAG/MIG) welding consumables and technical standards.
- Knowledge of steel coating including blasting, painting and galvanization and technical standards.
- Knowledge of quality management and corresponding testing methods (NDT)
