Position Purpose
• Leader of a textile/garment manufacturing operation
• Fully accountable for developing and achieving the operation’s strategic plan, including volume and quality target, effective deployment of resources, customer and employee satisfaction, as well as other collaborative initiatives with the headquarter

Roles & Responsibilities
• Effectively manage and work out plan with Production manager to utilize the facility, talent and achieve aggressive target
• Actively take initiatives to expand/set up continuous new facility of the operation
• Develop and implement long term business plan and annual budget in alignment with corporate strategy
• Ensure efficient delivery of products according to agreed standards
• Enhance efficiency of operations through continuous process improvements
• Actively participate in corporate initiatives and align team objectives and priorities with the broader objectives of the organization
• Attract, retain and motivate the team through effective leadership and communication
• Develop talents (especially independent critical thinkers), build people caring culture and plan for succession
• Ensure the operation being a valued member of the local community and in compliance with Group’s ethical standards and values
• Other tasks assigned by AGM/GM from time to time

• University graduate
• At least 5 years above in same position
• Prove experience in manufacturing including in a labor-intensive environment and in managerial role
• Experience in multi-national, multi-country environment
• Open for local and expat
• Experience with International brand name of sportwear garment is an advantage
• Experience working in Vietnam market is an advantage for expat candidate

Language Skill
• Good in both English and Chinese
