Factory Manager

- Monitor Production overall performance and daily operating to achieve the goals and objectives.
- Monitor product standards and implement quality programs
- Responsible for training, coaching and supporting production team in terms of work procedure, work instruction, hygiene of factory.
- Liaise with different departments
- Assess the project and resource requirements

Job Requirement

- +3 years of experience in packaging printing field
- Familiar with ERP systems used for production analysis and tracking.
- Fluent speaking and Good writing in English / Vietnamese / Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is a must
- Ability to work independently with multiple tasks and time management and cooperate well with team work and work under pressure.
- Strong leadership and decision making skills
- Good problem solving and communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
