Factory Manager Garment

We are an experienced garment factory manufacturing school wear and sports wear for the international market. We currently have 400 staff and produce over 1,000,000 garments per annum. Our company has 3 other similar sized factories located in South East Asia and we are looking to expand our Vietnam operations.

We require an experienced Lean / Lean Six Sigma production manager to:
- Establish Lean / Lean Six Sigma best practice manufacturing systems and processes
- Encourage and train the existing management team to work within modern Lean / Lean Six Sigma process and systems
- Increase the productivity and reliability of the production
- Create and implement short term and long term goals for the factory
