Position Purpose
• Leader of garment manufacturing operation
• Fully accountable for developing and achieving the operation’s strategic plan, including volume and quality target, effective deployment of resources, customer and employee satisfaction, as well as other collaborative initiatives with Hong Kong headquarter.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage the plant safety and operation
• Prepare and control operational budgets, control inventory and plan effective strategies for the financial wellbeing of the company, manage optimum costing of production activities.
• Monitor and analyze the current system of production and quality.
• Effectively manage and work out plan to utilize the facility, talent and achieve aggressive target
• Establish best practice manufacturing systems and processes/policies in support of company goals.
• Actively take initiatives to expand/set up continuous new facility of the operation
• Ensure efficient delivery of products according to agreed standards.
• Enhance efficiency of operations through continuous process improvements. Oversee the production line.
• Actively participate in corporate initiatives and align team objectives and priorities with the broader objectives of the organization
• Attract, retain and motivate the team through effective leadership and communication
• Develop talents (especially independent critical thinkers), build people caring culture and plan for succession
• Liaise with other team members, including interacting with managers of different areas
• Oversee and supervise inventory, warehouse, quality.
• Other tasks assigned by GM from time to time.

- Bachelor's Degree of engineering
- At least 10 years of experience in garment and denim apparel/products
- 5 - 7 years of experience in
- Advanced in English using
- Proactive and unyielding spirit
