MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Operation Lead:
1. Optimize run strategy to reach service level, flexibility & optimize production resource, cost, waste & loss
2.Warehouse compliance in safety, quality & security
B. Improvement (CSL Lead)
1. Digital agenda for factory logistics (e.g. auto scheduling)
2. Internal Logistic optimization
3. External Logistic optimization
4.Master plan for CS&L pillar
C. SAP country process lead for Manufacturing

EXPERIENCES & SKILLS
- Good command of English
- 5+ Years experience of planning, logistics, warehouse management in FMCG / related Industry or gained in an consultancy environment
- 3+ years operating in a management capacity
- Significant Process & Team Management experience
- Professional Planning Skills
- Professional Logistics & Warehouse Management Skills
- Contract Management & Conflict Resolution (Fully Operational)
- Budget Management (Fully Operational)
- Good command of English
- 5+ Years experience of planning, logistics, warehouse management in FMCG / related Industry or gained in an consultancy environment
- 3+ years operating in a management capacity
