• Achieve monthly and yearly production volume commitment and profit
• Remove or discharge factory managers in the Company consulting with DGD and production manager, except for entities falling within the authority of GD
• Recruit employees collectively with DGD and production manager in accordance with the Employment and Salary Budget Plans which have been approved by the Member’s Council
• Monitor production line and point out production manage for problematic area and discuss to find solution
• In charge of QC of received face & back and core veneer, graded core veneer and finish plywood product
• Work with DGD to improve purchase of core veneer for onetime press
• Make monthly inventory reconciliation
• Create good working environment for Chinese Production managers to be able to perform at their best
• Issue the rules for internal management of the factory consulting with corporate attorney
• Issue the work manual consulting with production manager and HR manager for approval of DGD and GD
• Make Labor Contract format for the Company consulting corporate attorney, GGD and DGD
• Consult with corporate attorney about labor and other issues to report to DGD and GD to seek for solution
• Manage and help HR manager for better HR
• Deal with local government consulting with corporate attorney
• Negotiation with labor union consulting with corporate attorney
• Implement company events to increase workers’ motivation

• Good at English or Japanese for all 4 skills (reading, writing, listening and talking)
• Strong management skill, experience in plywood is preferable
