Factory Accountant (Phuoc Binh, Binh Phuoc Province)

GENERAL WORK DESCRIPTION:
Working from our upcountry offices, successful candidates shall report to the Controller and will work closely with operations team and traffic managers on a daily basis as they rely on your information and analysis to take operation and future marketing decisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analysis of upcountry stock at hand, sales orders and raw material requirements;
• Inventory reconciliations and reporting;
• Daily cost tracking/reporting in the various units;
• Tracking of stock positions, movements and arrivals from different origins and linking them to contracts and BLs;
• Recording and tracking of daily section-wise production and movements;
• Tracking all factory expenses and reconciling with the AP weekly;
• Kernel Exchange for RCN tracking, analysis and costing;
• Liaise with the corporate office in HCMC to ensure delivery orders are issued before stock movement happens;
• Outturn tracking for all the commodity lots issued to processing ensuring variances are within acceptable standards.
• Preparation of weekly reports (Stock position/reconciliation, expense report, verify production report).
• Imputing production data into the ERP and extracting relevant reports for the production team
• Ensures all production reports are vetted by the production team and all FGR/other production documents are vetted by the relevant production manager.
• Effecting other duties as instructed by management.

EXPERIENCE:

• 1-3 years of general accounting experience
• Good Knowledge of excel
EDUCATION:
• Degree in Accounting Related Field
• BCOM. in Accounting
