* Department: PTE
* Factory: WTVN
* Duty and responsibilities:
1. Responsible for electronically/ mechanical layout, facility related equipment’s and construction related issue on the existing & new facilities;
2. Manage the construction of new facility from selection of designer & construction company/quality assurance company;
3. Establish and monitor project schedule for new facility;
4. Acting as technical advisor to management related and provides technical support to the new facility.
5. Inspect and advise on technical reports from designer, contactor and quality inspector.
6. Manage facility engineers & Technicians.
7. Plan & schedule required maintenance and inspection facility for equipment and building.
8. Provide necessary specification for maintenance project to supplier for bidding purpose.
9. Coordinated with related departments on business projection to ensure adequate resources are available to support without delay.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
* Competencies and experiences requirement:
1. Have managed a facility construction project from beginning to completion.
2. Have managed both technical and non-technical staffs.
3. Effective written & verbal communication skills. Fluent in English preferred.
4. Capable of using available software to generate project schedule for monitoring purpose.
5. Work experience related to electronic assembly facility preferred.
6. Good knowledge in government rules & regulation.
7. Have established tracking system for all necessary maintenance and timely submission of required reports to government agency.
8. Have the knowledge of TS16949, SPC, ISO900
