Mô tả công việc
-To be in charge of Facility operation team; Leading of the Fire fighting team.
-Closely working with HSE team to build new & annually revise document of Risk Assessment, Safety Operation Instruction; Facility standard. Do training to related people
-Accomplishes maintenance human resource objectives by orienting, training, developing, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures.
-Keep doing PDCA to imporve team and equipment.
-Plan to operate the effective budget.
-Yearly conduct the re-fresh training and practice the emergency team for fire, flood & storm chemical overflow.
- Other tasks assigned by BOD.

'-University related to electrical, automation electric, electronic; mechanical; heat and refrigeration
Training/Certifications
- Good at spoken and written Chinese.
- Good at AutoCad and any design software
- Good at all microsoft software
