Mô tả công việc
Job title: Facility & Security Executive
Report to: Operation Manager
1. Lead a Facility & Security (F&S) team include 5 - 6 members
2. Assist Manager in the development and implementation of F&S regulations and procedures
3. Manage and maintain facilities in shopping mall:
+ Coordinate with vendor/partners to fix facility issues and implement maintainance activities
+ Standardize and support set-up of new tenants in shopping mall
+ Control Foodcourt operation, Cleaning works and Landscaping works
4. Manage daily operation including:
+ Coordinate with tenants and other departments for fire fighting issues
+ Ensure safe operation of shopping mall via periodical checking fire fighting and prevention, food hygiene, fit-out...
+ Coordinate with relevant parties to manage constructors regarding fit out, demolish and renovation works
+ Process for handling sites for tenants in accordance with company provision and agreement
5. Asset management, include:
+ Coordinate with Accounting for asset checking, security fee and other requirements from tenants
+ Work in claim procedures with insurance company if any damages happen
6. Other tasks as assigned

1. Bachelor degree in Engineering, Construction, Mechanical, Electric or related majors
2. Have at least 5 working experience in related fields
3. Can communicate in English
4. Good at time management and planning
5. Good at problem solving and decision making
6. Willing to work in shift (4 - 5 night shifts (13:30 PM - 22:30 PM) per month)
7. Work location: Hanoi (for training from Nov 2019 ~ Feb 2020), Aeon Mall Hai Phong, Le Chan, Hai Phong (Feb 2020 ~)
