Mô tả công việc
* Position Function / Purpose: Assists management team in completion of maintenance work etc. Assists in all aspects of the ongoing of project management, typically focusing on maintenance. Liaises closely with external contractors to ensure that work is completed to standard.
1. Check security and cleaning performance of Aeon Delight Vietnam and make suggestion for improvement to reduce cost
2. Coordinate with Aeon Delight Vietnam to solve any incidents of tenants regarding equipments, technical system such as water leaking, broken roller shutter
3. Introduce operation procedures and regulations of Shopping mall to tenants and suppliers and follow implementation
4. Regularly patrol around shopping mall to ensure all facilities (electric system, fire fighting and prevention system, gas system, oil filter…) in good condition
5. Handle facility and security requests from tenants and contractors
6. Follow all fit out works, renovation, event setting up in shopping mall and report the schedule and relevant incidents if any
7. Summary facility and security data & make report as requirement from Management
8. Other duties as assigned.
