Mô tả công việc
A - HEAD OFFICE (01 position)
Work location: Aeon Mall Long Bien, Co Linh, Long Bien, Hanoi
1. Cooperate with all AEON MALLs to maintain and improve shopping mall facilities and security
2. Check the operation of facility suppliers/ partners and make inprovements on their proposals that match with customer's
perspectives.
3. Build good relationships with all related parties and partners to achieve the goals
4. Check facility safety and higiene standards in all AEON MALLs
5. Other task as required
B - AEON MALL LONG BIEN (01 position), AEON MALL HA DONG (01 position), AEON MALL HAI PHONG (05 positions)
1. Coordinate with supplier (Aeon Delight Vietnam) to solve any incidents of tenants in shopping mall regarding equipments, technical system such as water leaking, broken roller shutter...
2. Regularly patrol around shopping mall to ensure all facilities (electric system, fire fighting and prevention system, gas system, oil filter…) in good condition
3. Handle facility and security requests from tenants and contractors
4. Follow all fit-out works, renovation, event setting in shopping mall and report the schedule and relevant incidents if any
5. Introduce operation procedures and regulations of Shopping mall to tenants and suppliers and follow implementation
6. Check security and cleaning performance of Aeon Delight Vietnam and make suggestion for improvement to reduce cost
7. Summary facility and security data & make report as requirement from Management
8. Other duties as assigned

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Bachelor or College degree in Engineering, Construction, Mechanical, Electric or related majors
2. Can communicate in English
3. Have experience in related fields (Construction, engineering...) is an advantage
4. Good time management skill
5. Be willing to work in shift (4 - 5 night shifts (13:30 PM - 22:30 PM) per month) (Except Head Office position)
