Facilities Manager

1. Facilities & Utilities Maintenance: Oversee operations of the plant's primary utility equipment to include air conditioning equipment, electrical distribution system, fire protection system, city water distribution system and security systems. Ensure that necessary maintenance, repairs and improvements are made to plant buildings, grounds and infrastructure.
2. Ensure optimum supplies of repair parts and other plant essentials are available for plant and equipment maintenance. Utilize a computerized maintenance management system to manage predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance priorities
3. Contractor/Vendor/Inspector Liaison: Work with external vendors, contractors and supply representatives as required.
4. Compiles annual budget for approval; liaises regarding projects; analyses and determines any required changes; forecasts annual project requirements; estimates infrastructure materials including installation and maintenance costs; sources products/price/suitability and availability
5. Conducts regular meetings; identifies the need for additional resources and coordinates staff professional development
6. Other task required by Procurement Director.

Working place: Trang Bang, Tay Ninh ( have bus at Tan Binh IZ, HCM)

- University Degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or equivalent
- English: Advanced
- At least 5 year experience in similar position.
- Working knowledge of construction and industrial safety related regulations
- Demonstrated experience working with subcontractors/vendors and demonstrated ability to monitor project activities and ensure compliance with internal/external regulations.
- Effectively work with others, sound verbal communication and interpersonal relationship skills
- Communication – Persuasive Presentation – Negotiation Skill
