Facilities Management (FM) Manager

To expand our business, we are currently seeking a Manager to manage facilities system of our Data Center, located in Thang Long Industrial Park, Dong Anh District, Ha Noi.
Main Responsibilities:
1) Manage facility operation, troubleshooting (40%):
• AC Power system: high voltage (HV) system, ring main unit (RMU), low voltage (LV) system, transformers, Power Distribution Unit (PDU);
• DC Power system (48VDC system);
• UPS system and Battery;
• Air Conditioner system: 02 kind of air conditioner system as below:
+ Precision air conditioner system: Equipment area;
+ Normal air conditioner system: Office area;
• Generators and fuel pump system;
• Building Management System (BMS);
• Firefighting system (automatic system);
• Fire alarm system;
• Security system (as ITV system, IC card & Biometric system);
2) Manage facility maintenance: Manage FM Team to do maintenance work for all M&E system (20%):
• Take-care vendor do maintenance work for all M&E system;
• Recording and reporting;
• Monitor all infrastructure;
3) Manage customer project work (20%): Control FM Team to support PM to prepare infrastructure and all related document for customer:
• Setup all facility system as power route, power bar for customer;
4) Management activity (15%):
• Check and verify all task related to infrastructure (FM work) as M&E operation & maintenance, all DC operation and support customer,...
• Manage Energy Management Team.
5) Other work (5%):
• Manage Fire Prevent & Protection Team;
• Manage ISO Team;
• Adheres to company policies and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team;
• Study and research new technologies;
• Other related tasks as request from DC Director and BOD.

Relationship:
• Under control of DC Director and BOD.
• Receive and communicate to other Manager, Team Leader and all staff directly.
• Working directly to support customer.
• Communicate directly with Partner, Carrier, Vendor.

1. Education, Experience & Skill:
• Male only, from 35 to 40 years old.
• Education: At least graduate Technical University as profession of electrical.
• Have experience in operation and maintenance M&E system at least 5 years.
• Have experience in Manager Position of Facility team.
• Have knowledge about automation as PLC, Mod bus, BMS system.
• Have knowledge about high voltage system, low voltage system.
• Have knowledge about transformers, RMU, UPS & battery system.
• Have knowledge about generators system, fire alarm system, firefighting system (N2 system).
• Have knowledge about precision air conditioner system, inverter air conditioner system.

2. IT, Language & Other Skills:
• Have ability to use some software as MS Excel, MS Word, Auto Cad and Microsoft Visio.
• English: able to communicate with 04 skills as Speaking, Listening, Writing and Reading.
• Have good teamwork skills and reporting skills.
• Has ability to work in high pressure environment.
• Has good communication skill, documentation skill and presentation skill.
• Has ability to study and research new technologies.
• Good communication skills.
• Good Management skills.
