We are looking for Senior profile for the position of Assistant Manager in Facilities Management team.
HERE’S A LITTLE TASTE OF YOUR DAILY CHALLENGE:
- Overall all operation and maintenance activities of the office and M&E infrastructure.
- Plan and manage renovation and repairing activities.
- Supervise and manage vendors and contracts for maintenance, servicing and repair works
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory authority requirement such as ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, 45001 and other audits.
- Internal guidelines for technical facilities management, contractor management, space management and office expansion.
- Responsible for the inventory, maintenance and storage of all facility equipment
- Provide 24 hour emergency support. Function as the first response to emergency and urgent situation and be familiar with appropriate process and procedures.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
A good match would have:
- Strong interpersonal skill in dealing with service providers
- Project management and familiar with EHS reports.
- Good interpersonal and English communication skills
- Proficient in the use of MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- 3-5 years of experience in building management at an international company is a plus
