Job Description
1. Responsibilities include:
* Leading Energy management with Plant level/plant wide
* Understand about HVAC, WWTP, CDA, exhaust, electrical system, automation (BMS, PMS), gases system, etc,...
* Support FCMx to run utility systems MAE with engineer saving way but no impact to production
2. Have skill-level requirements vary from basic and troubleshooting:
* Have good ownership (leadership) skills, problem solving
* High expectation about customer orientation
* Good coaching/training skills
3. Systematize & standardize for all system to ensure it is running more efficient
4. Comply with company safety guidelines and procedures

Qualifications
Education:
* Degree in Electrical or Mechanical
Work experience:
* Min 7 - 10 years experience in relevant areas, prefer in foreign companies: European, USA
* Well understood about FCM operations: systems, services with manufacturing sites 24/24
* Really spent time with FCM operations with manufacturing factory 24/24 - high demand/ high delivery
* Used to work with high pressure, timelines
Traits and Skills:
* Good in English, communication and team work
* Good at computer skill and Microsoft Office experience
* Deep knowledge of Electrical and control systems
* Willingness to take over responsibility
* Good presentation/report skills for each level
* Open mindset/supportive orientation
Additional Information
* Shuttle buses provided from various locations of Ho Chi Minh, Dong Nai and Binh Duong
