Job Description
1. FCM system operation:
• Operation for Electric system & Utility system running smoothly 24/7: MV/LV switchgear, UPS, DB panel, Fire Alarm, Fire fighting, CCTV, Access Control, PA, HVAC, Air compressor, Air dryer, Exhaust fan system, Building, Lighting, Gas system…
• Monitoring BMS/PMS system to control parameters in limit and predict trouble
• Keep hotline channel to receive and feedback information, escalation timely
• Recovery utility system as fast as possible in case of problem
2. Troubleshooting & Problem solving:
• Take first action in case of problem, investigate causes and solve the problem, escalate to next level if needed
• Provide technical support for team, collaborate with other teams to find out root cause
• Make the first report when happen problem
3. Document control:
• Tracking electric/chemical consumption and report if something abnormal
• Tracking trouble record and strictly follow up until closing issue
• Ensure all of checksheet are implemented and archived
4. Comply with company safety guidelines and procedures:
• Provide suggestion to improve system, safety, 5S…
5. Support:
• Support maintenance and project team for random check contractor, check DOP, Bypass FA system
• Support team members in case of leave

Job Description

Qualifications
1. Education:
• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
2. Work experience:
• At least 2 years experience in relevant fields
• Must have working experience of electric system (MV/LV) and Utility system, basic knowledge of PLC
• Deep knowledge of HVAC, Air compressor, Air dryer, Exhaust fan, monitoring BMS system…
• Strong troubleshooting, problem solving
• Good communication skill, collaboration, willing to support when needed
3. Traits and Skills:
• Good at English communication (4 skills)
• Good at computer skill and Microsoft Office experience
• Deep Knowledge of Utility and control systems
• Willingness to take over responsibility
