Facade Project Manager (HCMC)

The Client is looking for an experience project manager to join their growing PM team


Description

The Project Manager will be reporting to the Project Director and Board of Executive in certain cases.

The role covers end to end project management responsibility interfacing both internal and external parties:

- Fully responsible of managing project schedule, design approval process, budget, quality, HSE and construction

- Attend meetings and manage reporting lines where required with internal and external parties

- Coordinate with design and production team to ensure design approval and delivery schedule

The Project Manager will be the single point of contact for the assigned projects for both clients, consultants and internal team.


Profile

The successful candidates shall possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, strong experience working with developers, investors, project consultants, or subcontractors with at least 5 years of working experience as a Project Manager. The candidate shall present the company's brand and shall have excellent English and Vietnamese communication skill (verbal and written).

Leadership, time management and prioritisation are key to this role to manage multiple projects and multiple stakeholders

Experience in Aluminium, glass works, international working experience and experience with Project Management module of any ERP systems will be advantage to this position.
