-Be able to carry out technical reviews of facade shop drawings, engineering calculations and material submissions.
-Be able to carry out independently field / factory inspections and do technical report writing.
-Be able to work at heights should this be required.

* Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- You should be suitably qualified with a bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Architecture, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Building Science.
- Have good interpersonal and client-facing skills as well as good English communication skills for inter-office and regional team-based working.
- It is essential that you are a dependable team player. You will also demonstrate a passion for self-development as well as willingness to share your knowledge with others and mentoring less experienced colleagues.
- Be highly motivated and proactively looking to take on new challenges.
- Good with time management, be able to multi-task and sustain focus on prolonged assignments.
- Have good project planning and management skills, takes initiatives and stay organized when working on fast pace project.
- Be highly proficient in 2D/3D AutoCAD, REVIT, Sketchup, Rhinoceros etc(Essential for both Façade Design and Engineering roles).
- Highly competency using Strand 7, STAAD Pro, MathCad etc for carrying out engineering checks and finite element analysis (Essential for Façade Engineer roles).
- Knowledgeable in 3DS/Grasshopper/Photoshop for creating presentation media will be an advantage.
