Main tasks: 60%
Processing the paperworks for F&S team such as: documents, contracts, appendix, meeting minutes, request for approvals, payment request, working with Legal team for check and revise legal matters.
Secondary assignments: support for F&S staff - 30%
Check good food hygiene of F&B tenant
Handle other basically work (support other department, instruct our regulation to tenant…)
Coordinating with facility management and regular patrol mall to ensure facilities undergood safety at public area
Coordinating with related Parties for checking Fire fighting prevention condition of Tenant & Shopping Center
Responsible for safety, cleaning, food hygience, pest control condition of Tenant
Coordinating to handle incident, violation related to facilities and technical system of Tenant & Shopping Center area
Other tasks as assigned by Manager - 10%

Candidate must possess at least a College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others, Protective Services & Management, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): English
Applicants must be willing to work in AEONMALL BÌNH DƯƠNG.
Full-Time position(s) available.
Willing to work in shift: shift A 8:30 am - 5:30 pm - shift C 1:30 pm - 10:30 pm (80.000 VND per shift C allowance)
No working experience required. Fresher will be trained.
Required language(s): English
