Mô tả công việc
• Responsible for the delivery of
o Bar Service and Restaurant Service programmes either as stand-alone programmes or units within the Certificate of Hotel Operations and Diploma of Hotel Management.
o F&B Units within the Certificate III in Hospitality [in English].
o After-School and Excursion programs directed at school-aged children.
o The delivery of other programmes commensurate with experience and qualifications.
• Provide administrative direction and management for all hospitality-related programmes delivered in Vietnamese.
• Develop and retain training and assessment materials as required.
• Organize, administer and keep attendance records and assessment results of all students according to academic policies.
• As a Member of the Teaching & Learning Committee, attend meetings and provide and speak to reports and activities of the Committee.
• Order ingredients and materials for hospitality classes according to Pegasus procurement procedures.
• Demonstrate beverage production techniques and restaurant and function set up wherever required.
• Provide advice/assistance to students in the preparation and service of beverage for both internal and external catering events.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor of Hospitality or Hotel Management or equivalent qualification.
• Teaching Certificate, or the preparedness to obtain such qualification upon appointment.
• English at IELTS 6.0 or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ teaching experience and/or significant industry training experience.
Knowledge
• Strong knowledge of international food and beverage service practices
Skills
• Well-developed lecturing and presentation skills.
• High level of interpersonal skills and an ability to work in a diverse work setting.
• High level of oral and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Able to demonstrate quality restaurant and beverage skills.
• Ability to use a range of computer software to support teaching and learning.
