F&B Sales Manager

• Interact with clients, owners and suppliers to promote Food & Beverage and Hotel
• Communicate with target customers and manage guests’ relationship
• Contribute to the selling strategy of the hotel and manage the departments to increase outlets awareness
• Understand the competitive marketplace and implement approaches to ensure the hotel stays competitive in the local market
• Maintain and update Food and Beverage guests’ database
• Work effectively to build relationships with colleagues in the hotel
• Create and implement effective marketing schedules of Food and Beverage activities
• Evaluate marketing promotions and produce monthly reports
• Develop a Sales plan that maximizes revenue by driving the sale of Food and Beverage outlets.
