Mô tả công việc
- Work, and develop relationships, with external suppliers to ensure the very best reputation within the industry, and receives the service required to ensure that the operational Food and Beverage team can deliver the highest quality product
- Work closely with the Manager to ensure correct stock levels are available from central distribution area, to assist the operational Food and Beverage team
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant Hygiene and Safety legislation and requirements
- Constantly review the product range to ensure that all key quality standards are maintained
- Provide leadership and support for managers, supervisors and partners to continuously improve productivity, communications and morale. Works as a team member with other managers in the company to ensure consistency of operations and alignment with company goals and strategies.
- Support the implementation of company programs to ensure the success of the Company.
- Develop and execute strategic operational processes, policies, procedures and measurements to achieve financial and service goals
- Operate within established budget to control expenses, meet cost objectives and meet service requirements. Monitor and control labor and supply costs. Advise management of situations creating budget variances.
- Plan and manage business unit/department processes and practices to ensure that programs are aligned with company business goals and objectives.
- Be fully aware of trends in the industry, design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
- Ensure that reports and administration requirements are timely submitted.
- Other tasks to be requested by line manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 3 years’ experience in Manager position of F&B industry
- English speaking & writing: Inter-mediate
- Barista certificate is a plus
- Customer-Service: Friendly, attentive and patient
- Attention to detail
- Leadership skill: strong
- Management Skills: not only deal with food, but also have to deal with costs, pricing, creating work schedules and more.
- Organizational Skills: Keeping work schedules, shipments, cleaning schedules and so on.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Dealing with employee conflict, irate customers and wrong stock orders. Being able to come up with a solution quickly is a needed skill.
- Speaking Skills: need to accurately and easily communicate standards and cooking methods to staff, give orders and speak with customers clearly.
- Honest, trustworthy
