F&B Manager

- Conceptualizes Food & Beverage developments for existing and new BRG properties
- To assist in menu planning and pricing. Development and maintenance of department manual for all properties.
- Develop short term and long term financial and operational plans for the food and beverage department which support the overall objectives of the golf course.
- Localizes and executes brand marketing strategy and promotion of nutritious and healthy F&B offers to guests.
- Manages food and beverage inventory and ordering relative to anticipated business volume for optimal freshness and minimal waste and performs monthly inventory for computing food and beverage cost of goods sold.
- Increase level of guest satisfaction by delivery of an improved product through employee development, job engineering and quality image.
- Manage in compliance with established company policies and procedures and in compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations.
- Forecast, budget, and control expense.
- Other reasonable tasks as delegated by DD.

- Minimum of five (5) years applicable hospitality and Food & Beverage management experience in both support and operating roles.
- Understanding of the culinary demands and able to communicate effectively with executive chefs of respective properties.
- Strong customer orientation, demonstrates an understanding of what internal and external customers and stakeholders value.
- A university degree, preferably in Hotel / Business Management or a related discipline.
- A minimum a 2 years in a sales senior leadership role, preferably in international hotels.
- Knowledge of F&B (Especially Japanese cuisine)
- The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated leader, passionate, driven, an excellent communicator, able to multitask and think quickly under pressure.
- People management skills, interpersonal skills, analytical skills, problem solving skills and proficiency in office applications and hotel systems are also key pre-requisites.
