What exactly is a F&B Entrepreneur?
If your goal is to open your own business or partner in a food or beverage startup, then F&B Entrepreneur Training Program of The Joi Factory is your beginning point. As a trainee you will learn to build and grow a business. Delivering and taking care of our guests, bringing unforgettable experiences and memories to them. At The Joi Factory, we dream of creating a brand that is a standard of excellence for food and hospitality not only in Vietnam, but in the world.

What can you expect to be doing…
Operations: From cleaning dishes, making coffee, and creating new recipes, to sweeping floors and tasting new dishes from Joi Team, or sourcing supplies, no task is too small for a F&B Entrepreneur.
Guest experience: Passion for food culture, professionalism and hospitality are for cornerstones of every Joi host. You will be trained to provide guests with the most amazing experiences as an equal, and NOT as a service employee.
Sales & marketing: You will learn how to provide recommendations that enhance guest experiences while coordinating with a marketing team to share our message to wider audiences.
Finance & budgeting: Every entrepreneur needs to know how to manage the budget of the business, from meeting revenue targets to controlling costs.
Training & development: You will undergo intensive professional team training that will guide you down the path of business success and entrepreneurship
