Mission
- Organize and direct a team that develops F&B concept/outlets inside and outside within budget and timeline provided.
Activities
- Develop food & beverage concept that meet supermarket customers’ demands;
- Develop and manage the implementation of menus, package deals, promotions, displays, decorations, and presentation within corporate guidelines to meet/exceed sales and financial goals and objectives;
- Increase level of guest satisfaction by delivering improved products through employee development, job engineering, and quality image;
- Balanced controllable expenses and budgeting to regain profitability of the F&B instore- chains;
- Oversee F&B opening projects including site designing, construction and setting-up-operations, material supply chain, hiring, staffing and training, auditing…
- Created training program for F&B concept based on the Big C partnership of competencies and talent levels of employees;
- Supervise daily paper flow including purchasing contracts; payment requests…
- Coordinate all F&B team’s activities on a day-to-day basis operation to ensure projects done within timeline;
- Perform any task as directed by the CEO;

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degrees and above;
- At least 5 years working experience in F&B companies;
- F&B knowledge on various types of outlets such as coffee shop, fast food, fine dining, at least 5 years of experience in hospitality management;
- Customer oriented approach; Innovation capability improvement; Effective data analysis, critical thinking;
- Strong leadership and management skills. Proven ability to determine root cause and implement effective solutions;
- At least 5 years working experience in F&B companies;
- F&B knowledge on various types of outlets such as coffee shop, fast food, fine dining, at least 5 years of experience in hospitality management;
- Customer oriented approach; Innovation capability improvement; Effective data analysis, critical thinking;
