F&B Cum Kitchen Secretary

• Prepares memorandums, files, and menus
• Directs preparation of records such as agenda, notices, and minutes for meetings.
• Acts as custodian of departmental documents and records.
• Prepares confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents.
• Creates and maintains database and spreadsheet files related to operating costs.
• Provides reports and analysis on data.
• Ensures customer concerns and complaints are administered through the appropriate
• Processes and personally handles those assigned by the manager
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
• Format menus for select catering functions
• File all necessary documents
• Assist with the set-up and execution of events
• Book small parties, birthday and beach parties
• Coordinate to-go requests with the chefs
• Up-Sell catering menus and specials
• Provide any print material needed for events and outlets
• Ensure all events are properly set up in a timely manner
• Reassure safety and hygiene documents are up to date
